My meeting with Wendy the other night went great. The first thing she said was “You’re not looking to lose anymore weight right?” I told her I was playing with the idea of losing 5 lbs and she just kinda hmm’d about it. I explained how I’ve been going up and down with the same 5 lbs and she said she went through the same thing. Long story short I’m just going to listen to my body and see what it says. If it’s happy at 145 then fine. I’d rather see at least 135-140 but whatever I can live with is what’s going to suit me best. Whenever I fall below 140 it’s like my body goes into starvation mode and wants to eat everything in the house. It’s really weird.
So here’s the new routine.
Day 1:
Back
1) Lat Pulldown
2) Unilateral Cable Row
Triceps
1) Rope press down (8-10 reps x 3)
2) Close Grip Bench Press (8-10 reps x 3)
Legs
1) Step ups
2) Glutes machine
3) Inner / Outer thigh machine
Day 2
Chest
1) Functional Trainer Chest Press (Rope pulls)
2) Inclined dumbell fly
Shoulders
1) Seated dumbell press
2) Side raises
Biceps
1) Seated curl
2) Barbell curl
Abs
1) Reverse crunch
2) Wood chops on cable
3) Barbell side bends
4) Ab Chair
I think I’m really going to like the new routine. Day 1 is certainly pretty light and easy to fly through. I told Wendy I want to tighten up my tummy and butt, and get more definition in my triceps. Having said that we’re working the abs and legs a bit more, and lifting heavier for triceps. I can’t wait to see how I look in 10-12 weeks.
Allison is gone to Nana’s this afternoon while I work from home. Nana and Papa are putting up their little Christmas tree and Allison is going to help decorate.
Roy and I are going to pick her up after work and then head over to the gym and do some swimming.
I started knitting again! Right now I’m working on two scarves. One is going to be for my mom for Christmas, the other one is for Allison.

Anyhow I better wrap this up. I have to have a quick bite to eat and then get back to work!
