Did 3 classes at the gym last night and feel completely exhausted this morning.  I wanted to cry when the alarm clock went off this morning at 4 a.m..  Not enough sleep! hehe.  The classes were a lot of fun though so I don’t regret going.  I did step aerobics from 5-6, abs class with Derek from 6-6:30 then kickboxing from 6:30 - 7:15.  I was able to get through all the classes fairly easily although new moves have been added to step since the last time I was there. That threw me off a little bit. :)   “Okay everyone let’s do boxers!”  *Thinking wtf - watches*  “Okay got it!”  Got that pattern down then Michelle starts yelling out multiple combos at once “shuffle the board, walk the board and do walk aways.”  I had no idea what these steps were so I had to watch a few minutes to get it.  Lots of fun!! I can’t wait to go back next Monday!

The kickboxing class was basically an intro.  We learned proper stance, jabs, crosses, upper cuts, front kicks, side kicks and back kicks.  I know I would have a great time taking the class but Derek warned that there is a risk of getting injured because we will be throwing punches and kicks at one another.  The last thing I need is for someone to accidentally hit my jaw instead of the targets lol.  I might try a class next week just to see how it goes.  If I don’t feel safe I won’t be going back.  Better safe than sorry.  I have plenty of classes and turbulence training routines to keep me busy anyhow. :)

I just finished having some spicy chicken breast with fresh veggies on a whole wheat pita.  Very yummy!  I can’t wait to get off work at 2 and relax for a bit.  Derek is teaching Bosu class at 6 so I may go to that.  We’ll see.

Anyhow that’s the scoop.  I promise to post pictures of my teeth later so everyone can see the progress. :)

I really want to gain some muscle and firm up so that is my goal for this challenge. I hate taking my pictures my posting them online like this will help keep me accountable for my workouts and eating. :)
